ABILITIES OF FLORIDA MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES ARCHITECT CONTRACT
This contract involves a variety of renovation services on a continuing basis. Majority of projects have involved HUD (Section 811) renovations for accessibility. Most current project at Crestview is designed to be Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) certified.
Representative projects include: ▪ Abilities at Crestview II (Cocoa): This project consists of the renovation of 8 units for accessibility, including parking and site access. Completion: 2013 ▪ Abilities at Morningside (Clearwater, FL): This project consists of the renovation of 8 units for accessibility, including parking and site access. Completion: 2012 ▪ Barton’s Landing (North Carolina): This project consists of the renovation of 14 units for accessibility. Also, to be included are renovations to their associated parking spaces; and site access to meet accessibility guidelines. ▪ Abilities at Briarcliff (North Carolina): This project consisted of the renovation of 14 units for accessibility, including parking and site access. ▪ Abilities at San Juan (Melbourne) Phases I and II: Phase I consisted of the renovation of 9 units and Phase II 7 units for accessibility. |
Abilities at Oak Park: This project consisted of the renovation of 2 units for accessibility, including site access.
▪ Abilities at College Pines (Cocoa): This project consisted of renovation of 16 units for accessibility, including site access. ▪ Abilities at St. Andrews (Clearwater): This project consisted of renovation of 6 units for accessibility, including site access. ▪ Abilities at Casablanca (St. Petersburg): This project consisted of renovation of 9 units for accessibility, including site access. ▪ Abilities at Windover (Cocoa): This project consisted of renovation of 10 units for handicap accessibility, including site access. ▪ Abilities at Parkland (St. Petersburg): This project consisted of renovation of 7 units for handicap accessibility, including site access. ▪ Abilities at Crestview (Cocoa): This project consisted of renovation of 18 units for handicap accessibility, including site access. |
