PATRICIAN ARMS II - SENIOR LIVING DIOCESE OF ST.  PETERSBURG

This project consists of a five story building, 68 unit (one bedroom) apartment complex located in Hillsborough County.  Project includes a community room, library, laundry room on each floor and administrative offices.  The project was funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as Section 202 Supportive Housing and will be used as housing for the elderly and physically disabled.  All work was completed in accordance with HUD guidelines for Section 202 projects.

Activities performed by firm:  Programming, site design, basic design services, interior design, using multiple consultants.
