LAKE CITY LIFE CENTER HOUSING COMPLEX FOR VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA OF FLORIDA
This project consists of a 14 unit apartment complex on a 2.5 (±) acre site located in Lake City, FL. The project is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development as Section 811 Supportive Housing. All work will be completed in accordance with HUD guidelines for Section 811 projects.
The 14 units are divided into four buildings on the site as follows: two buildings with 4 one-bedroom units each; one building with 5 one-bedroom units; one building with Manager’s two-bedroom unit and community space(s).
Units are universal design and provide all amenities required by HUD. The project is designed to be Green/Sustainable and be Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) certified.
